You are -- of course -- to attend the all the classes you've bought within the 28 days. That's the first part. Then, you're to pick which habits, food improvements, and extra training you are going to commit to. From there, you are to execute, responding to the daily emails we are going to pummel you with so we know you're on track.

You can use this and our 'All In' food plan to shift up to 12 pounds of fat over the course of this challenge, or you can just use the challenge as a kick-start, to start to re-wire your brain to know that you can take control of your training and nutrition...that you CAN succeed at this stuff. The trick is to pick the right level of commitment for you, and to put the strategy work in up-front, so you know exactly what to do, and what to expect from your efforts.
