Either you can come to me or I’ll come to you, plus I may well offer some group classes in nearby parks if i get enough interest or if you have a few friends you'd like to train with.

If you don't want to train at home, my garden is the perfect spot for a quiet outdoor training session, with turf lawn, secluded feel, high-quality gym mat, parallel bars and resistance bands offering LOTS of training possibilities as well as my 'luxury' shed office/gym fully equipped with gas heater and arm chair for between set rests (if you're lucky!)

Tom has a sports science degree, and has 13 years of personal training experience.
