CURRENT AVAILABILITY

Tom Whelan runs More-Athletic Body. Tom runs a full timetable of personal training and small group gym classes. Currently the following timeslots are available for new clients (depending on the day). So if you're keen, you'll need to be able to come during these times:

Mornings: 8 30am, 9am, 11am

Lunchtimes: 1pm, 2pm

Evening: 4 30pm, 5pm, 5 30pm, 7 30pm

Step 1: COME FOR A CHAT AND TAKE A FREE SESSION

If you’re interested in training, the first thing to do is to come and meet Tom and see the gym. Tom does a free consultation or a free consultation and light training session to show you the gym and the sort of work you’ll be doing. If you think you can bare to spend a bit more time with Tom, then it's time to make a plan...

Step 2: PLAN YOUR 3-MONTH TRANSFORMATION

Then it’s time to take action. You’ll sit and strategise and flesh out a realistic plan of action, then commit to it for 3-months straight. Do as you’re told and you’ll be stronger, leaner, More-Athletic and chuffed to bits in 3-months time.

Step  3: MAKE IT STICK

As you can tell from the testimonials below and Tom’s limited availability, people tend to train with Tom for a long time. Real coaches are hard to find, once you’ve got results from your initial 3-month blast, it’s time to plan how to keep making progress month in, month out and year in, year out.

PRICING AND PACKAGING

Personal training with Tom costs £75 per hour.

Your first session / consultation is free if you're interested in taking at least a two to three month package -- just text Tom to arrange.

Your first 4 sessions are charged at half price if you commit to at least a two month package.

From then on, clients pay monthly or in blocks depending on preference. The price per session always remains the same.

PT WORKSHOPS AND LESSONS

You can also purchase one-off workshops or lessons with Tom at half-price for first time visitors or to getyour friends into training.

Sometimes these are listed in the MindBody store at specific times (it helps people hear about it), but you can purchase here and simply text Tom to arrange a time that works for you. Sessions available:
