It's not really a magazine. I'm sorry for starting off on a lie. Still, best I let you down early and often rather than have you expect too much.  Really, it's just a laugh. A bunch of fitness content, some notes and some sharp-witted commentary along the way most likely. Sorry about that, I bet you thought it would be better.

EVERY MONTH IS A FRESH START -- That's a big part of The Strength Sessions programme.

START BY LOOKING AT YOUR GOALS -- strength, self-dicipline, habit installation or whatever they may be.

ANALYSE THE MONTH JUST GONE -- Did you do what you wanted to do? Did it work? Can you do better? Can you enjoy it more?

PLAN YOUR MONTH -- Using the steps below.

CHECK YOU'RE READY TO GO -- You know you're ready when you know what's what and you're itching to get started.

PROGRESSION 1: AIR PUSH-UPS

CRITERIA: 

--> Just make sure you do it

--> Don't mess it up

--> Make it look nice

WAFFLE

This is pretty damn easy here, right? Even for you...

PROGRESSION 2: ELEVATED HAND PUSH-UPS

THESE ARE THE CRITERIA:

--> No pink t-shirts

--> Don't f it up

--> Don't fall over

--> Pants must be worn at all times

First month: basics month. That means simple. That doesn’t mean less effective -- remember that. Every time we bring the programme back around to basics month, you should be filled with a tremendous anticipation as it's one of the best months to really test your strength and show how you've improved at the classic moves. Simply get fundamentally better at this stuff and your body will show it.
