1: TIMETABLE


I’ve made some timetable changes.


You can see them by looking at the timetable.


I hope I haven’t taken away your favourite slot. If I have, please forgive me (and moan at me).


I’ve done it because...


2: NEW CLASS


I’m running little experiment.


Mainly with off peak slots, but a little bit of prime time too.


I’m offering a new 60 minute Personal Training class, with a 2 client maximum.


This way I can create a a bit of a middle ground option between my personal training and The Strength Sessions.


If it works, from now on: You do The Strength Sessions as normal, to do a lot of work in not a lot of time, and to follow ‘the programme’. But if you want to train for longer, add extra work, get some variety, work on your weaknesses etc, you can start taking the 60 Min PT class as well or instead.


Please note: This class has to be a little more expensive, so will cost you 3 class credits, not one. Although everybody is welcome to do their first one of these classes for just one credit or through ClassPass...


I am making it available on ClassPass only in the very short term, just as a way of bringing in new people. Please don't book through that (more than once) if you're a regular already. If I get too many bookings through ClassPass I won't be able to continue with it. 


In the short term, I will adjust your account manually if you book in to these sessions — I’m not even gonna pretend that I know how to get MindBody to do it automatically.


If you don’t have enough sessions in your account, of course you can buy top-ups online or just text me to book in and then bring me cashmoney to pay.


3: MEMBERSHIPS


I’ve also changed the memberships up since some of you signed up. You can get more classes for your money if you want to, but if you don’t use your sessions in the month, you WILL lose them. (Unless it’s my fault, of course).


Change if you want to; don’t if you don’t want to.
