If you're like many, you to want to make more than one change at a time.
Admirable. But a dangerous game.
If this is you, I like you to do your best on all your habits. Sure I do. But I like you to have one habit, one thing that you place absolute life-or-death importance on. This will be the single thing that you know that -- no matter what -- you will get done. You'd put your life on it.
Whatever happens with all your other goals, keep this one thing going and you'll know that it's just a matter of time until you nail this habit, and eventually all of the others too.
Choose wisely, something like breakfast, the chess strategy, the YouTube strategy or the food journal strategy, and then this Life-or-Death Habit will have a tremendous domino-like positive effect on all your other habits. All of these are discussed in the next section.
