The Strength Sessions have been running very successflly for about 4 years now. The success has been in it's ruthless systemisation and simplicity. We run the same programme every class. If you want to dabble, if you want novelty, go elsewhere. If you want results, if you want ruthless efficiency, come and train at More-Athletic Body!
However, what if you need more stuff? Different stuff on top of the main programme. That's why I'm experimenting with this PT / class link. Ideal for you if you need more help working around injuries, adding personalised technique drills, extra weightlifting work, handbalance or flexibililty lessons, or simply the ability to book off-peak times when I don't run classes. Strictly subject to availability, you can use some of your tokens to book a PT session with Tom each month.
30 mins = 3 class tokens
60 mins = 6 class tokens
Text or speak to Tom to book, but don't use it as last minute strategy, Tom gets very booked up. This applies for to only 1 session per month as it operates as a slightly discounted intro to PT. If you want more regular personal training, that is better booked privately with Tom and isn't available with class tokens.
