THE STRENGTH SESSIONS: IT’S NOT JUST A GYM CLASS
We run a continually rotating 4-month programme.
Strive to master it and you’ll get a better body.
It’s a fixed four month programme (well, template), painstakingly thought out and tested to work for real people.
This ain’t just a gym class, it’s a focused online programme you can follow with us in the gym and on your own in your gym or at home with minimal equipment. It’s a challenge to master, and it’s a tried, tested, minimalist way to get a better physique.
THE ROTATING FOUR MONTH TEMPLATE. HOW IT WORKS:
It’s very clever: You do month 1. Then you do month 2. Then month 3 and then Month 4! Came up with that myself 😆.
Next comes the really clever part. After month 4….the whole cycle starts again! But after 4 months of training, you’ll do them much better second time around, and after that, you’ll do even better than that third time around and you can only imagine how good you’ll be sixth time through!

STRIVE FOR MASTERY
We get plenty of drop-ins to our classes, and we like it like this. It keeps us all fresh. But, if you decide you like it, we like to foster a focus on mastery…because only when you narrow your focus, when you have a coherent maintainable plan, only then will you really be more than a beginner, only then can you develop the sort of head-turning physique you are capable of.
